Atlas Grace is a Web3 movement showcasing Star Atlas as a viable economic model for fostering change and providing equal opportunities through DeFi, Play-to-Earn gaming, and economic prospects within the Star Atlas metaverse.

Established in December 2021 by Star Atlas community member Arktype following the acquisition of three Star Atlas ships during the Shipmas giveaway, Atlas Grace is dedicated to supporting charitable causes. The wallet actively engages in staking Polis & Atlas within the DeFi staking protocol and utilizes ships enlisted in Sage Labs for mining and crafting, effectively selling surplus resources on the secondary market.

What distinguishes this initiative is its unique approach—a 50/50 split strategy wherein half of all locker emissions are reinvested into the wallet while the remaining half is converted into USDC and donated to various charities monthly through the Solana blockchain. Ship fleet emissions support a physical center in Siem Reap, Cambodia. This center aims to provide free educational workshops for youth and young adults, covering Star Atlas, cryptocurrency, financial literacy, graphic design, video editing, animation, and offering zero upfront ship leasing costs. The initiative aims to connect individuals within the global Star Atlas Community, creating job opportunities and facilitating international ventures, allowing participants to earn at an international standard. The focus on youth empowerment within this emerging industry aims to empower them to give back to their families and communities in rural and developing areas.

Though currently led by founder Arktype, the ultimate goal is to expand this initiative to other countries and global locations led by other community members with a passion for creating change.
